About the Company
A path breaking technology in grain preservation, which is an extension from the technology that is used in cloud seeding and artificial rainfall (deliquescent salt technology) - called DMX-7. A revolutionary technology developed in the United States and approved by the US FDA but enjoys its wide spread use in developing world and other tropical countries under the product category of a grain conditioner (to keep the grain preserved from the ambient environment conditions by stopping moisture migration). It is the moisture and the problem of moisture migration, which is the main culprit along with temperature gradient between grains and atmosphere outside in acute tropical climates that surmount the grain storage problem. Once this moisture exudes outside, it starts alluring molds and cause toxin generation including carcinogens like Aflatoxins. This further leads to pest infestation. DMX-7 locks the moisture in the grain itself and completely stops the moisture migration in the tract preserving even all the vital nutrients of the grains for long period.
The low cost of applying DMX-7 (~ 20 paise Indian for per Kg of wheat stored) ensures that the grains stays fresh, lustrous and healthier by retaining moisture for a longer period in the silos/bags with least mold formation and pest infestation to follow, thus reducing the cost of fumigation, aeration, chilling and pest control to a considerable and perceivable measure apart from saving the shrinkage loss (shriveled grains).
What more!? With DMX-7 sprinkled the grains can be stored even at 15 % moisture for almost a year without any risk of spoilage. The nominal cost incurred on DMX-7 application gives you a high return on investment (ROI) by saving shrinkage loss (shriveling), cutting on fumigation cost and maintaining freshness and luster of the grain till the very end. We at Delst Asia have already harvested miraculous results in grain storage in countries like China, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam.
