Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department to drive the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. The candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategy to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.(Think and Execute : Strategic planning)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external outsourcing partners to effectively align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.(Communicate with Internal and external team)
    • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, live streaming , email marketing, and online advertising, alongside offline channels like events and public relations.(Monitor and complete the deliverables)
    • Manage the company's brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels(Ensure alignment)
    • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.(Analytical thinking for decision making)
    • Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.(Commitment to ongoing learning and grow the team)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
    • Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness and revenue growth.

      Strategic Planning:

      • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Experience in market analysis, including competitor and customer research, to inform marketing strategies.

        Campaign Management:

        • Hands-on experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional outlets.
        • Proficient in leveraging analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

          Budget Management:

          • Experience in managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and demonstrating a strong ROI on marketing investments.

            Team Management:

            • Strong leadership and team management skills.

              Communication Skills:

              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
              • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

                Technology Proficiency:

                • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant marketing technologies.

                  Adaptability:

                  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
