1. Client Servicing

Understand what the client needs, their brand, and assist in coming up with strategies and marketing for their contents
Assist in developing content planning, project implementation, and marketing plans
Support all client servicing activities: client communications, setting of mutually-agreed upon expectations on deliverables and timelines, and making sure they get delivered

2. Content Creation & Marketing

Collaborate with key account manager and creative team to plan and develop social content for clients and to ensure brand consistency;
Able to assist in copywriting for social content creation
Assist in day to day RM Management for account assigned

3. Reporting

Able to produce simple monthly reporting based on client's requirement and reporting template provided

Passionate in not only digital marketing, but also in delivering excellent output
Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Servicing or a marketing agency
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Communications, or related field will be preferred
Knowledge in social media platforms
Excellent communication skills
Flexible, collaborative, team player and proactive
Hardworking, ability to multitask and able to work independently
