Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Scope:
Active Directory and M365 Administration: Service Accounts Management
- Maintain and administer service accounts.
- Perform password resets (service account level) – with approval from security head
Exchange Online Administration (from messaging team in DXC)
- Maintain policies and standards
- Create and maintain online archive, resources and shared mailboxes for users
- Maintain and configure global setting and policies
- Provide Triage Support performing for Exchange Online
OneDrive for Business Administration
- Manage User settings related to OneDrive for Business Online using the administration tool provided by Microsoft Office 365 on behalf of the Customer.
