  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Scope:

Active Directory and M365 Administration: Service Accounts Management

  • Maintain and administer service accounts.
  • Perform password resets (service account level) – with approval from security head

Exchange Online Administration (from messaging team in DXC)

  • Maintain policies and standards
  • Create and maintain online archive, resources and shared mailboxes for users
  • Maintain and configure global setting and policies
  • Provide Triage Support performing for Exchange Online

OneDrive for Business Administration

  • Manage User settings related to OneDrive for Business Online using the administration tool provided by Microsoft Office 365 on behalf of the Customer.
