Role: Project Management Intern
Term: 3 months

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Management Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while also contributing to marketing and communication initiatives. The intern will work closely with the project management/Mereka space team department to support various projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, including creating project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project progress and update project documentation.
- Attend project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Help coordinate project resources and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with content creation for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
- Assist with maintaining and updating marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing and project initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails.
- Coordinate, manage and cooperate with the team on matters related to operations, projects and manpower including but not limited to project needs at the Mereka Space
- Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite
- Familiarity with project management software/tools (e.g.,Trello, click-up) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of project management, marketing, and communications.
