Sales & Marketing :

Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
Liaise with outsourced social media (FB/KOL/newspaper/any collaboration) to managing post creation creative copy and aesthetic posting
Maintaining all promotional item correspondingly (Gdrive, reservation website, Whatsapp, FB, IG, printing, Ads display and etc)
Monitoring type of ads campaign effectiveness
Liaise with floor manager or kitchen department for new promotional item, menu, stock availability and etc
Customer enquiry by phone, email, whatsapp, social media or in person, provide quotations and check promotional item or room availability. Handle complaints or any specific enquiry.
Liaise with designer for any printing material, design, Ads display artwork
Check stock of liquors and accessories by closing every month to accurate stock availability
Analysis daily sales, report to superior
Liaise with floor manager/kitchen/captain for any customer enquires
Problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis.

Customer :

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support sales and promotional activities.

Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media
A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Willing to work at Kampung Pandan, KL
