Responsibilities
As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- You will be supporting the Academy team to setup physical class for training, upload attendance reports, cost allocations for the training, basic e-Learns troubleshooting, and following up with the learners to complete Mandatory eLearn and other ad-hoc tasks (if required to).
- Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in any discipline
- Final year student as you may be potentially converted to a permanent role after your internship
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
- Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
- Interest in Learning Development and General Talent Management
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
