Responsibilities

As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

  • You will be supporting the Academy team to setup physical class for training, upload attendance reports, cost allocations for the training, basic e-Learns troubleshooting, and following up with the learners to complete Mandatory eLearn and other ad-hoc tasks (if required to).


Requirements

  • Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in any discipline
  • Final year student as you may be potentially converted to a permanent role after your internship
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Interest in Learning Development and General Talent Management
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace
