Key Feature of The Role

Responsible for managing the office of the CEO in both administrative and organisation support and acts as the liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.

Role Description

  • Providing confidential personal assistance to the CEO including composing and preparing correspondences, reports, and memorandums.
  • Managing meetings schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, and handling private and confidential matters
  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize commitments, and resolve scheduling conflicts to enhance time management.
  • Ensure the decisions and instructions by the CEO are properly carried out and communicated.
  • To assists during SMG meeting, presentations (content & material) and draft minutes of meeting.
  • Manage personal matters of the CEO as assigned.
  • Acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insights, recommendations, and helping to manage the CEO's time and priorities.
  • Handling any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

  • Academic background: Professional certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Secretarial/ Art in Humanities/public relation/ political science or any related courses.
  • Professional certification: N/A
  • Related Work Experience (Type and years): At least 8 years of working experience in PA, and 5 years in Liaison Officer.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
