B2B Content Marketing Specialist

Our client is a strongly backed, Singapore-based cyber insurtech start-up, that is on a high-growth journey to revolutionize cyber risk management and is looking for dynamic talent to join the journey.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for developing promotional emails, social media posts, and other content. You’ll be part of a small team of marketing specialists across the SEA region and will report to a senior B2B Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Google Gemini to develop structure and text for copy and content.
• Adapt AI text for emails and social media posts to drive engagement and product education.
• Create and maintain content calendars for email campaigns, demand-generation content, social media, and email newsletters.
• Research, write, and edit an industry report.
• Other research duties are in support of marketing team members and other stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• You possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or communications, preferably from a well-known University in Malaysia or overseas.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an editor or writer, preferably as a writer in B2B organizations.
• You are capable of organizing large amounts of technical information in a clear, concise, and cohesive manner.
• You possess an educational mindset to break down complex content in clear and relevant terms to address the pain points of a business’s target audience.
• Prior experience working in the Cybersecurity industry would be highly advantageous.
• Certifications like TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent would be great to have as proof of an educational mindset.
• You are a team player and can adapt and learn to operate various platforms.
• You have a good command of English, both verbal and written, and have a keen eye for creating clear and concise content.
• You thrive in fast-paced work environments.
