  • The candidate reports to the Head, Middle Market under Commercial Banking segment and primarily responsible for market sizing and identification of market trends and opportunities within Middle Market segment
  • To identify and develop business partners to support business growth and accelerate new customer acquisitions.
  • To ensure products and services are tailored and delivered to meet the needs of Serial Entrepreneurs and Mid-Market customers.
  • Possess good knowledge of the competitive market landscape which the Bank’s client operate.
  • Collaborate with product sales support to optimize upsell/cross-sell ratio of clients.
  • Play a key role in leading, motivating, and continuously developing high performing Relationship Management teams.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a good university preferred
  • Passion and experience in driving the growth of a SME business segment nationwide
  • Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business.
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision
