- Record all business transaction accurately with the clients and sales department.
- Prepare daily order sheet, delivery order and invoices processing cycle.
- Coordinate with the Sales section on pricing adjustment on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse section on the availability of stock on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Logistic section on the delivery schedule on a daily basis.
- Perform inspection process on packed products for delivery of orders.
- Perform verification process on discrepancies by and resolve billing issues.
- Generate daily sales summary, update sales and financial data.
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate must be responsible, discipline, and with a good working attitude
- Candidate must be willing to work in Kampar, Perak.
