Operation executive cum recruiter match jobseekers with vacancies, find workers for employers and contract labour for particular projects at the request of enterprises and other organizations including government and other institutions, or find places for jobseekers for a commission.
Tasks include –
Managing day-to-day operational tasks, collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth processes, and implementing efficient workflows.
Assisting all staff enquiries professionally via calls,whatsapp and emails at immediate attention.

screening and hiring of employer or worker
finding workers for vacant posts against a commission from the employer or worker;
discussing with employers the skills and other characteristics required of the workers to be employed or contracted;
finding workers with appropriate skills, and undertaking the necessary formalities according to national or international regulations and requirements;
ensuring that the employment contracts meet legal requirements and signing them;
advising on training schemes.
Undertaking any other business development activities assigned by management.
Acting as an administrator for various activities,and project including liaison with clients .
