Job Description

Campaign Management

• Contribute to the ideation and strategic planning for each quarter’s new menu launch.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and achieve sales objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to align marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels.

• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create marketing collaterals

Partnership / Event

• Work with strategic partners for collaboration and co-branded marketing campaign

• Organize and plan marketing events, including pop ups, promotional events and community events.

CRM

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and personalized communications.

• Analyze CRM results to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 3 years of marketing/brand management experience, ideally from F&B, Lifestyle, Consumer Goods sector.

• Regional level experience is preferred.

• A metrics-driven marketing mind combined with a keen eye for creativity

• Ability to interpret data effectively and use insights to drive marketing decisions.

• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs

• Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
