Assist with accounting and administration functions.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping.
Handle full sets of accounts and prepare management reports.
Submit management report by deadlines.
Perform full accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and various reconciliations.
Assist with account receivable and payable-related functions.
Prepare and monitor of bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Assists superiors as needed.

Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Outspoken, good communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Strong self-initiative and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to solving problems.
Be analytical with attention to detail.
Team player and independent worker without close supervision.
