- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Must be able to work in KL, Malaysia.
- Able speak in English, and Japanese (JLPT-N1 &N2).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and various content types.
- Ability to work in different shifts rotation.
- Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation experience is a plus.
- Able speak in English, and Japanese (JLPT-N1 &N2).
