- Responding to customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Can speak and read in Mandarin & English.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related field is an added advantage but not essential.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
- Work in 5 days (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm).
- Can speak and read in Mandarin & English.
