Job Description
• Handle QS job scope from pre to post contract activities.
• Responsible to propose preliminary for project requirement, preparing breakdown cost, Project Tenders, Cost and Budget Planning, progress claim and final account.
• To attend meeting such as tender interview, site valuation, negotiation with client or main contractor with all kind of matter related to project.
• Responsible to train, lead and supervise QS department
• To interact with project team, sub con, main con and client.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field or experience working in stainless steel or metal industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge with Contract Agreement, Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good Leadership, problem solving skill, negotiation skills, high teamwork spirit and able to interact with project team, sub-contractor and clients.
