Prepare regular reports summarizing error trends and potential areas for improvement.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve backend system issues related to hardware and software.
Collaborate with the IT team to address and mitigate system outages and disruptions.
Provide support and technical assistance to end-users experiencing backend issues.
System Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Ensure all updates and patches are applied to maintain system security and efficiency.
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
Communication:
Liaise with regional teams to understand and address specific IT needs and challenges.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on issue resolution and system status.
Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a focus on backend systems and error troubleshooting.
Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and network configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with backend systems, databases, and server management.
Understanding of network protocols, security practices, and system monitoring tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor's in related field
- Experience with specific backend systems or software relevant to the organization.
- Knowledge of regional IT regulations and best practices.
- Able to write and converse in Mandarin is an advantage
