  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Process consignment sales billing.
  • Basic data entry tasks for accounting assistants include logging transactions, recording and reviewing journal entries, creating invoices, and crafting spreadsheets
  • Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
  • Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
  • Accurately maintain company database including all stock and inventory items.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by your Superior
  • Minimum Diploma in accounting field
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience
  • Open for Malaysian only
  • Able to be independent - Full Set Account
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Language : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin in spoken & written
  • High sense of urgency, sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Candidate with SQL accounting software would be an advantage.
