- Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted on a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English is required for this role
- Proven experience in a HR role will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Candidate must be familiar with labour law.
- Familiar with interview and screening profiles is a must for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be plus point.
- Salary range: RM7,000 – RM8,000
- Annual bonus guarantee for 1 month and above
- 16 days Annual leave (1st year)
