Job Summary

Assisting Superior in discharging Human Resource functions; daily HR related tasks, payroll, recruitment, learning & development, performance management and etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Human Resources information in HRIS and company portal/intranet.
  • Preparing payroll (contract renewal, resignation, overtime calculation, VOLA, attendance incentive, staff claims and etc.)
  • Preparing letters pertaining to employees' status e.g promotion, transfer, redesignation, etc.
  • Monitor confirmation due and ensure confirmation letter issued.
  • Assisting Superior in recruitment; advertise job ad, screening resumes, interview, induction and hiring process; preparing job offer, keyed-in new hire particular into GES and other related tasks.
  • Assisting Superior in L&D; staff Training Needs Analysis exercise, Training Plan, training enrollment and pre and post training assessment, and other related L&D tasks.
  • Assisting Superior in IR; issuance of disciplinary letters, involve in Domestic Inquiry exercise, etc.
  • Assisting Superior in ER; any employee relations/engagement related initiatives.
  • Assisting Superior in PMS; PMS related activities, roadshow initiative collates departmental KPI, compilation of data, follow-up with line managers and preparing data for peer review exercise and submission.

Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in related discipline

Skills & Abilities

Good communication and interpersonal skill, sound knowledge in HR spectrum and relevant legislations.
