GL Accounting Executive

Objective:

Produce timely and accurate financial reports for company stakeholders

Duty/Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ledger entries and prepare balance sheet reconciliations for ANZ
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly P&L statements
• Manage balance sheet accounts and complete balance sheet reconciliations as part of month-end
• Perform month-end close processes on timely and accurate basis (prepayments, accruals)
• Assist in the preparation of budgets
• Review credit card transactions incurred by staff
• Update corporate store listing to be sent out to stakeholders on weekly basis
• Any other tasks and projects assigned by General Accounting Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Candidate must have financial GL closing experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.
• Language: English
