  • Organize and coordinate meetings.
  • Support in compiling information, preparing presentation, and following-up on tasks assigned.
  • Coordinate between international teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct data analysis and write reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum holder of any Degree
  • Proficient in using MS Office software
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Ambitious and determined disposition will be highly advantageous
  • Exceptional ability to learn

Working days: 5 days/week, 9am - 6pm

Working location: Bangsar South (Occasional traveling)
