- Handle all secretarial duties, including computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned.
- Translate documents and communications from English and Bahasa Malaysia to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Organize and coordinate meetings.
- Support in compiling information, preparing presentation, and following-up on tasks assigned.
- Coordinate between international teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Conduct data analysis and write reports as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum holder of any Degree
- Proficient in using MS Office software
- Possess a valid driving license
- Ambitious and determined disposition will be highly advantageous
- Exceptional ability to learn
Working days: 5 days/week, 9am - 6pm
Working location: Bangsar South (Occasional traveling)
