- provide support to our accounting department
- manage accounts payable and receivable
- ensure timely payments and collections
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers and journals
- reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved
- assist in tracking and reporting expenses including processing expenses report
- prepare/assist in generating financial reports, statements and summaries
- accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
- provide documents, reports and support during internal/external audits
- address and resolve client/vendor inquiries related to accounts
- strict adherence to financial regulations and company policies
- at least 2 years working experience as Accounts Assistant or able to do full set of accounts
- proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (particularly Excel
- strong numerical and analytical skills
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- good organizational and time-management abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team and handle confidential information with discretion
