  • provide support to our accounting department
  • manage accounts payable and receivable
  • ensure timely payments and collections
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers and journals
  • reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved
  • assist in tracking and reporting expenses including processing expenses report
  • prepare/assist in generating financial reports, statements and summaries
  • accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • provide documents, reports and support during internal/external audits
  • address and resolve client/vendor inquiries related to accounts
  • strict adherence to financial regulations and company policies
  • at least 2 years working experience as Accounts Assistant or able to do full set of accounts
  • proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (particularly Excel
  • strong numerical and analytical skills
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • good organizational and time-management abilities
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team and handle confidential information with discretion
