- To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback.
- To maintain cleanliness, equipment and environment of common areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Min SPM holders are acceptable for this role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa is required for this role.
