As a Human Resource Intern, you will work as part of the people team, engage in the end-to-end lifecycle of talent management (talent acquisition & talent management). For talent acquisition, you will handle candidate research & sourcing, job portal data management & field career fair using Application tracking system (ATS). For talent excellence, you will collaborate with respective department specialists to develop & maintain learning materials using talent engagement/learning management system (LMS).

Responsibilities

  • Perform resume research through job portals and professional social media to source for potential candidates and execute candidates’ pre-qualification
  • Carry out outreach by inviting potential candidates for a coffee chat regarding the job opportunity
  • Work with universities & colleges to establish our employer branding – including but not limited to securing employer projects, industrial talks, and event sponsorships

Requirements

  • Must-have:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Great to have:
  • Mass Comm, Business, Psychology, Finance
  • HR & Admin, Recruitment
  • Proficient in Chinese
