Job Responsibility
- Full Set of Accounts:
- Handle the full set of accounts.
- Process and record financial transactions accurately.
- Financial Report:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations.
- Support to budgeting and forecasting.
- Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Cost Management:
- Monitor and analyze logistics-related expenses and costs.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and support cost control initiatives.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and procedures.
- Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information related to logistics operations.
- Support financial planning and analysis activities.
- Documentation and Filing:
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ensure proper filling and safekeeping of financial documents.
- Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, experience in logistics industry is highly preferable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
