- To plan, formulate strategies and driving team in sustaining existing market and penetrate new market.
- To market the company’s products and services to the Clients, Consultants, Architects and all interested parties.
- To attend to Clients’ requirement and thereafter to design proposals that meet the requirement.
- To furnish tender document, prepare quotations, bill of quantities, drawings and getting them ready for presentation to the Clients.
- To maintain close working relationship with the Clients, Consultants, and Architects etc and continually provide pre-sales, site coordination & post-sales supports, product updates.
- To work closely with internal project team to ensure the projects are in optimal performance achieving Customers’ satisfaction.
- To work closely with the management to develop Sales plans, market approach and revenue target.
- Can speak in English
- At least one year good sales record and working experience.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- At least one year of experience in construction development / building materials/ recreation equipment’s/ landscaping will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication, interpersonal skill & professional presentation skill.
- Willing to travel outstation for business purposes like go for site visit and monitor the on-going project with own transport.
