Digital Marketing Strategy:- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost online sales.
- Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
Social Media Management:- Manage and grow the store’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging video-related platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to the target audience.
Video Content Creation:- Lead the creation of video content for YouTube and other social media platforms, including concept development, scripting, filming, and editing.
- Optimize video content for SEO and monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
E-Commerce & Website Management:- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure the online store is aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Update and maintain the website’s content, ensuring IT is optimized for search engines and user experience
Analytics & Reporting:- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
- Track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and video performance.
Customer Engagement:- Engage with customers and followers on social media, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a strong online community by encouraging user-generated content and managing influencer partnerships.
Education & Experience:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or STPM certificate, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, watches or luxury brands.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing, is highly desirable.
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in video content creation and management, especially for YouTube and other video-related social media platforms.
Marketing & Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), with a deep understanding of audience engagement and brand positioning.
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, video SEO, and content trends.
- Ability to create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Proficient in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize marketing strategies and report on campaign performance.
