We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage and enhance our organization’s financial performance and direct our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to guide our financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the college. Your responsibilities will include:

· Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

· Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and HQ requirements.

· Analyzing and reporting financial data to support informed decision-making.

· Overseeing cash management, including forecasting and managing cash flow.

· Handling statutory/regulatory filing and reporting.

· Managing insurance matters.

· Implementing new accounting software and integrating it with other management platforms.

· Leading the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.

· Ensuring the precise and timely collection of student fees.

· Coordinating the compilation and submission of scholarship documentation to government departments.

· Liaising with external agencies, including banks, auditors, tax agents, lawyers, and government agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.

· At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role; experience in an MNC environment is preferred.

· Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

· Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

· Strong problem-solving abilities, consistently proactive, and initiative-taking.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal supervision.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to commence work immediately or on short notice.

· Prior experience in the private education industry is preferred.
