- Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system
- Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Issuing Payment Voucher, Invoice, Purchase Order & Quotation
- Maintain other record such as Annual Leave, Petty Cash, Office Supplies and others related
- Providing administration support to management and operation when IT is required
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
- Must be able to work with all Microsoft tools ( Word, Slides, Excel)
- Will be in office located in Semenyih
- Minimum SPM
- Languanges : Bahasa Malaysia and English
- EPF/SOCSO
