As a Digital Marketer, you will be the key person to execute the overall digital marketing activities and campaigns on our social media & website platforms. Your main responsibilities include creating campaigns to increase brand awareness, site traffic and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to website and social media accounts.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Shopify platform management to optimize the Shopify website for an enhanced user experience and improved conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and implement necessary changes for optimization.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ROAS and reach target audiences.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
  • IT knowledge is preferrable to provide technical support regarding cPanel-related issues, manage regular backup procedures and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of server failures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with a focus on CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Shopify platform customization, including themes, apps, and integrations.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with design software is preferred (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc)
  • This is a fully on-site position in Bukit Jalil.
