Job description:

1. Assist in the execution of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.

2. Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other relevant documentation.

3. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth integration into the warehouse workforce.

4. Assist the Human Resources Supervisor in manpower agency management.

5. Collaborate with the Warehouse HR Supervisor in addressing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

6. Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.

7. Handle the payroll and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

8. Support the Warehouse HR Supervisor in fostering a positive work culture aligned with company values.

9. Handle general administrative tasks related to human resources functions.

10. Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience or entry-level experience. Prior experience in supply chain or warehousing and logistics is a plus.

2. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in maintaining HR records and adherence to policies.

3. Strong interest in human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

5. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Chinese is considered an advantage.
