Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designated markets and functions to ensure consistent implementation of talent development procedures and initiatives across the region.
- Facilitate talent review and succession planning procedures.
- Chart out and guiding talent development paths across various career trajectories includes experiential learning, mentorship-driven education, and structured leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to evolve and enhance integrated talent management strategies from an enterprise-wide perspective.
- Assess and supervise contractors and vendors to complement the execution of talent development programs and protocols.
- Develop and present comprehensive talent management metrics.
- Initiate visits to multiple domestic and international work sites to verify the efficiency of enterprise-level talent development processes and initiatives, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Management.
- Familiar with other HR areas such as Organizational Development, Performance Management or Change Management would be desirable.
- Possess a talent assessment certification would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
