Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategies for Member Services, assessing their effectiveness in meeting the company's objectives. This includes creating a Member Services plan within an approved budget to enhance operational processes, controls, quality, compliance, and other initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and the highest level of member satisfaction.
  • Serve as the escalation point for member inquiries, concerns, and issues, and maintain familiarity with the company’s Marketing Plan.
  • Propose ideas and recommendations to the General Manager for continuous improvement of service levels, and ensure an effective process for handling complaints is in place.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to support stock counts or cycle counts when necessary.
  • Contribute to the success of key company events and initiatives, such as Nutrition Clubs and Member Activation Programs, to strengthen the business foundation.
  • Stay current with advancements and provide recommendations to management on adopting new skills, technology, or training to enhance team effectiveness. Recommendations should include objectives, required investments, and measurement metrics.
  • Act as the main liaison with the regional team to understand global or regional directions and adapt initiatives locally, such as translations, to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain key communication with the GBS team to ensure they have the most up-to-date information and processes, such as changes in warehouse or courier services, promotions, and qualifications.
  • Oversee the Singapore DC Member Relations team to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to members at Singapore DC
  • Assist the General Manager with various tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  • Min. 10 years’ experience with 3 years’ managerial experience, preferably in direct selling or Customer Service and/or Sales, Marketing environment.
  • Must be able to prioritize, handle hands-on work in addition to management duties, and be flexible with responsibilities.
  • Well-organized with excellent time-management skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to maintain a positive attitude, handle problems in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong leadership, able to keep high morale within the department, develop and motivate staff and be an excellent role model for others.
  • Must be able to travel internationally as deemed required.
  • Computer literacy (Word/Excel/Power point)Good tri-lingual communication skills - English, Chinese and Malay
  • Able to join immediately will be an advantage
