Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive / Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on managing and expanding our brands' presence on Facebook, TikTok with a primary emphasis on leads generating.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in content creation and strategy, with the agility to handle few social media platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Facebook, and TikTok accounts .
• Audit and analyze social media content for relevance and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media channels, and tools to refine digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop monthly reports on social media trends and insights.
• Filter leads from social media
• Manage multiple account and update content consistently.

• bachelor's degree or Diploma in social Media Management, Mass Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the service industry.
• Proven track record in managing social media and generating leads.
• Passionate about creating compelling social media content.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of deadlines and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, result oriented, and able to handle feedback constructively.
• Experience in strategizing and directing social media shoots is an advantage.
• Previous experience in agency and client environments is preferred.
