Customer Service Specialist

A global player in pneumatics components.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and order statuses
• Accurately process customer orders, including entry, tracking, and updating order information in the system.
• Maintain a good understanding of the products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, coordinating with internal departments to ensure resolution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of service quality.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of prioritizing work by distinguishing between important and less important tasks and taking appropriate action.
• Experience in the technical or industrial is an advantage.
