- Implement performance reviews (quarterly, annual, 360 evaluations).
- Develop and enforce fair HR policies.

- Lead the HR team and guide junior staff.

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of labor laws (employment contracts, employee leave, insurance).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Diploma/BSc in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
