This client is an investment trading platform that empowers global investors with pro-grade, easy-to-use tools, data, and insights. They are looking for Customer Service Representative to be part of the growing team, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

Your Role

• Manage customer's expectations and display ownership for customer's requests
• Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers
• Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products / services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers
• Carry out the business processing of incoming call answering, online reply, and email reply;
• Responsible for customer platform and brokerage consultation, information inquiry and problem solving;
• Responsible for recording, classifying and sorting out customer feedback

Requirements

• Education requirements – SPM and above ((Min ‘B’ for English and Maths if SPM holder))
• Open to Fresh Graduate
• Min 1 year of Customer Service, Inbound Contact Centre, Telemarketing or any relevant field
• Good Communication skill to support regional market
