This client is an investment trading platform that empowers global investors with pro-grade, easy-to-use tools, data, and insights. They are looking for Customer Service Representative to be part of the growing team, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Your Role
- Manage customer's expectations and display ownership for customer's requests
- Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products / services in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers
- Carry out the business processing of incoming call answering, online reply, and email reply;
- Responsible for customer platform and brokerage consultation, information inquiry and problem solving;
- Responsible for recording, classifying and sorting out customer feedback
Requirements
- Education requirements – SPM and above ((Min ‘B’ for English and Maths if SPM holder))
- Open to Fresh Graduate
- Min 1 year of Customer Service, Inbound Contact Centre, Telemarketing or any relevant field
- Good Communication skill to support regional market
