Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, handle employee queries and concerns, and support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings and events and assist in the development and implementation of company policies.
  • Helping to mediate and resolve minor conflicts between employees before they escalate.
  • Assisting in the documentation and process of disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Performing additional HR-related tasks as needed, such as organizing employee events, conducting surveys, or handling special projects.
  • Providing support for company-wide projects and initiatives that may fall outside the traditional HR scope, such as participating in cross-departmental teams or assisting with office management tasks.
  • Being available to handle urgent requests from management or other departments, ensuring that critical tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Assisting with tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company, including helping with non-HR administrative duties when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
