1. Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Work with in-house and external partners to co-develop engaging and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives.
2. Campaign Management
Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to effectively reach and resonate with them.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy and stay ahead of the curve.
3. Community Management
Monitor brand mentions, comments, reviews, and discussions across various social media channels and engage with users to build relationships and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with in-house and external partners to co-organize community events, online and offline.
4. External Collaboration
Identify and collaborate with relevant brands & influencers to co-promote.
Manage brand, influencer, and affiliate partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and content approvals.
Track and analyze the collaborative performances to optimize ROI.

Passionate about marketing and have a creative flair.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in branding strategies, marketing platforms and tools.
Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong drive to learn, self-motivated and is result oriented.
