Implementation of Sales Initiatives

• Lead the implementation of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

• Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and support needed to achieve sales goals.

• Track the progress of sales initiatives and provide regular updates to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.

• Negotiate trade terms and promotional agreements with retail partners.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality and F&B.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in marketing or business management are a plus.
