Marketing Manager
Market Planning and Analysis • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes. • Develop comprehensive market plans that align with the company’s overall marketing and sales objectives. • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Marketing Strategies • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales through retail and distribution channels. • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to enhance brand presence and market penetration. • Collaborate with the sales team to design programs that support sales targets and objectives. Business Planning • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and plans. • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for marketing activities. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Sales Analysis • Perform detailed sales analysis to understand product performance, customer preferences, and market trends. • Generate regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. • Use sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize trade marketing efforts. Implementation of Sales Initiatives • Lead the implementation of sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. • Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and support needed to achieve sales goals. • Track the progress of sales initiatives and provide regular updates to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts. • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely distribution. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors. • Negotiate trade terms and promotional agreements with retail partners. • Provide training and support to retail staff to ensure effective product merchandising and sales.
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality and F&B. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Skills: • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: • Relevant certifications in marketing or business management are a plus.
