Job Summary

This role reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for the following

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
  • Preparation of board papers and slides.
  • Preparation of annual budget and rolling forecast.
  • Coordinate with other departments on financial planning and analysis.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement in reporting and forecasting to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Managing cash flow to ensure adequate funds for opex and capex activities.
  • Handling loan and funding requirement.
  • Handling accounting issues and annual impairment assessment.
  • Perform other accounting duties, analysis and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in accounting and/or Professional accountancy qualification recognised by Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
  • At least 4-6 years relevant working experience in finance, and preferably with some audit experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP.
  • Well spoken and written English and Malay.
  • Meticulous with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Responsible, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
