- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on AMC Group’s audit and other software.
- Provide group coaching sessions to audit professionals and students, guiding them on best practices and effective usage of the software.
- Create and update training materials, user guides, and other instructional content that supports the learning and development of audit professionals and students.
- Work closely with the product development and other teams to stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices related to the software.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Min possess Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Fresh graduate / candidate with minimum of 1 year's audit experience.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Previous experience in training or coaching is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
