Overview of the Role

This role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the Group Management Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions, ensuring that the company’s financial and business performance reporting systems are robust, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals. The role combines operational management with strategic oversight, driving the continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems to support informed decision-making at the executive level.

In addition to managing day-to-day reporting operations, the role involves leading the budgeting process and collaborating closely with the strategic planning team to align long-term financial plans with the company’s broader strategic objectives. The individual in this role will work closely with business segments, finance teams, and shared services to ensure that financial performance parameters are clearly defined and consistently met across the organization.

A key strategic aspect of the role is identifying and implementing key performance monitoring systems that not only track current performance but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on developing finance talent and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. The individual must be commercially oriented, highly responsive, and able to balance hands-on operational management with strategic thinking.
