We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive with Extensive experience in the IT hardware and software industry. This role is crucial for driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of IT solutions, willingness to learn and exceptional client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Utilize this information to tailor sales strategies and solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Provide expert guidance on Office Automation solutions to meet clients' needs, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the IT Industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT hardware and software solutions, including enterprise systems, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, and proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
