Responsibility:- Support HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the area of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
- Data entry.
- Assist on day-to-day operations task.
- Handling incoming calls and general inquiries.
- Manage office administration and operation.
- Others - ad hoc task as assigned.
Requirements:- 6 months internship period.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Able to start immediately.
