Responsibility:

  • Support HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the area of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
  • Data entry.
  • Assist on day-to-day operations task.
  • Handling incoming calls and general inquiries.
  • Manage office administration and operation.
  • Others - ad hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 6 months internship period.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Able to start immediately.
