JOB SCOPE
- Assist the Brand Manager & Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities to support brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand improvement and growth.
- Support in conducting regular brand performance analysis and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to execute marketing activities within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 Years of experience in Marketing specifically in FMCG industry
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
