Digital Marketing and Project Manager

This role focuses on social media management and marketing strategies — using social media platforms and interactive events as a tool to create communities, celebrate creative work, and connect the world through experiential campaigns for a variety of clients across different industries!

Junior and Senior positions available.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Navigate social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, Youtube) as a content creator and digital marketer — this includes coming up with strategies to reach audiences on social media, assisting in copywriting for written, video, and image content on all marketing channels, connecting with followers, and managing partnerships.
2. Collate insights from data analytics into reports and assist in streamlining social media accounts to keep content and brand tone of voice uniform and measure the success of marketing campaigns for our pages and our client pages.
3. Research social media trends and monitor content lifecycles to see how current topics can be applied and adapted for our content and for our clients' platforms.
4. Develop marketing objectives, strategies, and campaigns that you can see come true — whether it's on ground through PR events or digital!
5. Build partnerships with content creators and create community-building opportunities. This means interacting with audiences, other social media creatives, our partners, and the people around us in KL!

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
2. Creative and analytical skills with the ability to research, analyse, and apply market research into campaigns and content ideation.
3. Eagerness to learn about social media, digital marketing, public relations, and community building!
4. Good copywriting skills.
5. Fluency in English with an understanding of Malay or Chinese is a huge plus.
