Role & Responsibilities
- As part of our lovely APAC team, you’ll work with leading brands to produce high-end commercials , photography, lo-fi and nimble social content, ecommerce and everything else in between. Productions.
- To be able to lead all content productions as well as support post-production projects.
- You’re responsible for strategizing, scoping and putting cost estimates together as well as planning production work. You are able to manage simultaneous projects.
- You’ll have the chance to produce content projects from concept all through to post-production — carried out with our local, regional and global teams.
- You'll play a key role in coordinating resources and reconciliation of projects.
- You establish what gets done and when (SOWs), making sure projects are on schedule, with realistic targets and deadlines.
- You’re responsible for delivering terrific projects, ensuring each content project you create looks as advertised by coordinating the pre-production and the shoot.
- You are able to plan and work on different types of production deliverables and propose the most efficient and cost effective solutions to answer the briefs.
- Together with our creatives and Accounts Monks, you’ll also play a key role in bidding for new projects and the development of content & social content treatments and production proposals.
- You’ll assess and elevate the feasibility of concepts and production plans, always making sure that the work aligns with the client’s brief and budget, Understanding the best deliverable with the client's budget in a competitive range in your local market.
- We’re looking for a content & film producer with minimum 5 years of Film & Content production experience.
- You know how to produce content assets for social always-on inside out and bring a strong network of freelancers and line production companies in Malaysia (regional network is a plus) we can build on.
- You're a team player, your expertise is physical production, you lean on your accounts teams to face clients relationships and jump in with precision when a producer is needed.
- You overcome, oversee and conquer: instead of freaking out, you are freaking good with stressful situations that define the life of a producer.
- You are capable of taking care of simultaneous projects.
- In addition to a relentless drive to produce the best creative work, a good knowledge of pre- and post production workflow is integral to star in this role.
- Good English is a must! Other languages a bonus. You will be working with global teams on a daily basis and English is our common language.
